Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to conduct equipment inspections, supervise technical personnel, and coordinate services and maintenance activities, while preparing technical reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform routine inspections of electrical/mechanical equipment. 2. Supervise technical personnel on-site and remotely. 3. Coordinate services, construction works, and maintenance activities with clients. **REQUIREMENTS.** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical-Mechanical Engineering or related fields. * Knowledge of automation, hydraulic maintenance, and control panels. * Knowledge of preventive maintenance for air conditioning (A/A), electrical panels, generator sets, substations, etc. * Proficiency in using electrical tools. \- * Experience in thermal load calculation and HVAC system installation design. * Experience in HVAC installation, including ductwork, enclosures, etc. * Ability to prepare electrical and mechanical drawings. * Minimum 1 year of experience performing maintenance of infrastructure and general services. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Perform routine inspections of electrical/mechanical power support equipment according to the scheduled routine. * Supervise technical personnel on-site and remotely. * Coordinate services, construction works, and maintenance activities with the client's responsible party. * Prepare reports, protocols, and certificates. * Coordinate with the logistics department for material and tool delivery.
