




Position Summary: Support documentation, organization, and standardization of Human Resources processes, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in documentation and process organization for HR. 2. Organization and updating of physical and digital personnel files. 3. Support in recruitment, selection, and onboarding of employees. Requirements: \- Graduate or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. \- Minimum 6 months of experience in Human Resources (preferred). \- Knowledge of process mapping methodologies. \- Knowledge of workflow automation tools. \- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Power BI. Responsibilities: * Support **documentation and organization of Human Resources processes** (selection, onboarding, training, workplace climate). * Organize and update the department’s **physical and digital personnel files**. * Provide support in **recruitment, selection, and onboarding** of new employees. * Record data for **departmental indicators and reports**. * Support standardization of **HR formats and records**. * Comply with guidelines of the **SIG, RIT, and RISST**.
