Ø Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields Ø Specialization in Human Resources Ø Knowledge of Labor Laws Ø Intermediate Office skills Ø Availability to work in Ate Ø 03 years of experience in the position of HR MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES? Ø Responsible for reviewing payroll records for workers and employees Ø Responsible for timely payment of social benefits: Bonus, CTS, Vacation, Profits, Settlement of social benefits, and control of vacation rest periods. Ø Responsible for PLAME filings and payments Ø Responsible for AFP declarations and payments Ø Responsible for SCTR, SENATI, and SURVEYS declarations Ø Responsible for recovering subsidies Ø Responsible for drafting and managing employment contracts Ø Responding to and handling audits or inspections Ø Responsible for employee onboarding and training Ø Leading the implementation of Human Resources Management Software, if applicable.
