**Position Objective** Lead, plan, execute, and supervise the implementation of **ISO management systems** (Quality, Environment, Health and Safety, Anti-bribery, Social Responsibility, other ISO standards) in client companies, and act as the technical liaison between **consulting firms** and **certification bodies** represented by GRUPO WCOMPANY JAS SAC. **Main Responsibilities** * **Planning and Strategy** * Design the master implementation plan for each client (timelines, milestones, and deliverables). * Standardize implementation methodologies across all consulting firms. * **Technical Management** * Lead the implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 39001, ISO 22000, ISO 50001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 37001, and SA 8000. * Coordinate and supervise the development of policies, procedures, manuals, and records. * Conduct internal audits and certification mock audits. * **Audit Management** * Coordinate certification audits with certification bodies selected by the client. * Select and manage external auditors (man-day). * Ensure proper resolution of non-conformities. * **Team Management** * Lead junior consultants and SIG coordinators. * Assign responsibilities according to expertise. * Train team members and clients on ISO standards. * Train the team to develop junior auditors. * **Executive Management** * Generate technical and progress reports. * Ensure implementations are completed on time and correctly. **Minimum Requirements** * Education: Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety, or related fields. * Experience: **Minimum 4 years** in integrated ISO systems implementation. * Certification: **IRCA/Exemplar Global Lead Auditor** in at least 2 standards (9001 + 1 additional mandatory). * Solid knowledge of Peruvian legislation and international regulations. * Proven experience in coordinating certification audits. **Key Competencies** * Technical leadership and team management ability. * Results-oriented with strong deadline adherence. * Methodological and documentation rigor. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Negotiation and communication skills with clients and auditors. **Position Conditions** * **Trust position** reporting directly to General Management (CEO). * Availability for travel (Peru, Ecuador, other countries). * Contract with mixed scheme: base salary + productivity bonus based on implementation and audits.
