**Requirements:** * Graduated professional or technician in Chemistry, Food Engineering, Fisheries Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in physicochemical analysis of fishmeal and fish oil, preferably in accredited laboratories or certified fishing plants. * Solid knowledge of AOAC, SANIPES, NTP, and ISO 17025:2017 methods. * Proficiency in the use and maintenance of physicochemical analytical equipment. * Additional training in method validation, analytical quality control, and uncertainty estimation. * Desirable experience with laboratory software (LIMS) and Office tools. * High sense of responsibility, technical judgment, and results orientation. **Responsibilities:** * Perform and supervise physicochemical tests on fishmeal and fish oil, such as protein, fat, moisture, ash, salt, TVN, histamine, acidity, among others, ensuring compliance with official methods (AOAC, SANIPES, ISO). * Evaluate sample conformity against current technical specifications and regulations. * Critically analyze the sensory and compositional quality of fishmeal and fish oil, identifying product deviations or alterations. * Verify the status, calibration, and proper operation of physicochemical laboratory equipment (analytical balances, muffle furnaces, digesters, distillers, etc.). * Maintain traceability and documented records of results according to the Quality Management System under NTP ISO/IEC 17025:2017. * Support method validation, uncertainty estimation, and continuous improvement of analytical procedures. * Ensure compliance with good laboratory practices (GLP), safety standards, and internal regulations of Pacific Control. * Provide technical support to other departments in result interpretation or during SANIPES / INACAL audits. **Send your documented CV** (work certificates, academic degrees, training, etc.) to the number **920 471 857**, indicating the position of interest.
