Position Summary: We are seeking a Testing and Quality Control Engineer with experience in industrial processes and international certifications for HPD CONTRATISTAS GENERALES SAC. Key Highlights: 1. Interpretation of technical standards and management of non-conformities **HPD CONTRATISTAS GENERALES SAC**, a Peruvian company with over 26 years of experience in tempered glass and aluminum manufacturing, providing services to construction industry companies, is seeking a Testing and Quality Control Engineer. **What are we looking for in you for this position?** * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Industrial, Mechanical, Materials, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in quality areas within industrial processes. * Experience in laboratories or conducting tests for obtaining international certifications (desirable). * Advanced technical English: reading, writing, and communication. * Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM. * Availability to work in Chorrillos and reside in nearby areas. ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Participate in the execution of material testing and maintain updated records to ensure product quality. * Conduct tests and inspections on tempered glass, laminated glass, etc., according to requirements set by certifying bodies and current regulations. * Implement and maintain the internal testing program required by SGCC or other certifying bodies. * Interpret technical standards (ANSI Z97\.1, CPSC 16 CFR 1201, ASTM, etc.) for proper test execution. * Manage non-conformities, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. * Coordinate with production regarding any deviations detected during testing. * Attend audits, inspections, and requirements from certifying bodies. * Maintain technical communication with certifying bodies in English. * Develop procedures and forms related to material testing to ensure maintenance and improvement of the IMS. * Ensure compliance with the instrument calibration plan and maintain corresponding records. * Participate in the development of new testing techniques. * Schedule calibration services for instruments included in the Calibration Plan. * Review critical materials with respective reports. * Comply with the IMS policy, standards, and documents of the Integrated Management System. * Comply with the Internal Regulation on Occupational Safety and Health. **What do we offer?** * Competitive market-based salary. * Full payroll registration from the first day of employment. * Monthly payments. * Positive work environment. **If you are interested and meet the profile, please apply by submitting your CV through this channel so we may contact you promptly.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.4,000\.00 \- S/.4,500\.00 per month Application Question(s): * How old are you and where do you reside? * How many years of experience do you have in quality areas within industrial processes?
