




Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Inspector to ensure product quality from raw materials to finished goods, in accordance with established standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure product quality at all manufacturing stages 2. Conduct inspections and validations of raw materials and finished products 3. We are currently seeking a Quality Inspector to join our team, with the objective of guaranteeing the quality of our products — from raw materials to finished goods — in compliance with established quality procedures and standards. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Review manufacturing orders to validate product specifications to be produced. * Inspect and validate the condition and characteristics of raw materials (dimensions, thickness, condition). * Verify that machines comply with appropriate manufacturing parameters (temperature, speed, coolant, among others). * Inspect finished products and validate compliance with established specifications and tolerances. * Record results in finished product inspection forms. * Inspect and validate imported products, preparing conformity and non-conformity reports. * Identify non-conforming products in production and warehouse, defining their disposition. * Perform transactions in the SAP system (blocked, quality inspection, unrestricted use). * Track rework and product returns, including customer visits when applicable. * Prepare return reports and coordinate with involved departments. * Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological tests (water and coolants). * Record and monitor area indicators (complaints, cost of poor quality, audits). * Train operational staff on raw material and finished product specifications. * Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. REQUIREMENTS: * Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related technical fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in quality-related positions (including internships). * Preferred experience in metal-mechanical industrial companies. * Knowledge of standardization and metrology (preferred). * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Basic SAP knowledge.
