We are currently seeking a **Quantity Surveyor Specialist** to join our construction team. The position will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and controlling project quantities, ensuring consistency with drawings, technical specifications, and the Technical File, providing reliable information for valuations, cost control, and decision-making by the construction team. **Requirements** * Technical or university graduate in **Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Civil Construction**. * Minimum of **2 to 4 years’ experience in quantity surveying for civil works (buildings)**. * Experience in public and/or private projects (desirable). * Solid knowledge of **quantity surveying, metric calculations, and itemized analysis**. * Knowledge of the **Project Technical File** (drawings, technical specifications, and contractual quantities). * Familiarity with quantity surveying standards and measurement criteria for public works. * Proficiency in **Excel at intermediate–advanced level**. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD or other drafting software**. * Proficiency in **ERP S10 – Costs and Budgeting (mandatory)**. * Basic knowledge of the **Peruvian Public Procurement Law – Law No. 32069**.
