Job Summary: We are seeking an SSOMA Supervisor to ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations, promoting a safe and healthy working environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure compliance with the SSOMA system and current legal regulations. 2. Identify hazards, assess risks, and propose control measures (IPERC). 3. Train personnel in OSH and investigate work-related incidents and accidents. We are seeking an SSOMA Supervisor to guarantee compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental regulations, promoting safe and healthy working conditions, preventing accidents, incidents, and occupational illnesses within the IQF plant. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and ensure implementation of the Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management System (SSOMA) at the IQF plant. * Identify hazards, assess risks, and propose control measures (IPERC). * Supervise proper use of **PPE** and safe working conditions. * Investigate work-related incidents and accidents, preparing reports and action plans. * Train personnel on OSH topics, inductions, and safety talks. * Ensure compliance with current legal regulations (Law No. 29783 and its regulation). * Coordinate with production, maintenance, and HR departments for SSOMA implementation. * Conduct inspections, internal audits, and monitoring of performance indicators. **Requirements:** * Professional or technical degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as SSOMA Supervisor, preferably in **IQF plants or** agro-industrial facilities. * Knowledge of the **OSH Law**, SUNAFIL, and applicable regulations. * OSH courses or certifications (preferred). * Proficiency in reporting, IPERC matrices, and safety procedures. * Availability for on-site work and rotating shifts (if applicable).
