**LEPSA** is a Peruvian company that designs, manufactures, and installs corrosion-resistant industrial equipment made from FRP (fiber-reinforced plastic) and thermoplastics. We primarily serve companies in the mining and fishing sectors, providing solutions for demanding industrial processes. ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Diplomas in Logistics, Warehousing, or related areas. * Five years of warehouse experience. * Work organization. * Responsibility and initiative. * Teamwork. * Effective communication. ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Monitor product inflows and outflows. * Supervise proper usage of raw materials, supplies, materials, and services. * Oversee dispatch preparation, packaging, and related operations. * Comply with procedural standards. * Assign product codes for the warehouse. * Issue shipping guides for product dispatches. * Schedule daily dispatches (receiving, work-in-process, dispatch). * Perform other duties inherent to the position. * Generate dispatch reports (photos/GR). * Prepare reports required by management. * Conduct inventory counts (monthly rotating, annual full, or as directed by the company). * Maintain updated and archived data for control by the integrated quality management system. ***BENEFITS:*** * Competitive market-based salary. * Formal payroll registration from day one. * SCTR and Life Insurance coverage. * Profit-sharing payments. * Full benefits under the General Regime.
