Position Summary: IDELCON is seeking a Network Infrastructure Administrator to manage Windows servers, virtualized environments, and provide technical support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical support and network monitoring **IDELCON** is looking for a **Network Infrastructure Administrator** to join our team. Requirements * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in technology infrastructure administration. * Work experience in industrial, telecommunications, engineering, mining, or construction companies. * Experience administering Windows Server. * Knowledge and experience with VMware and Proxmox virtualization platforms. * Knowledge of networking, backups, infrastructure monitoring, and support. Responsibilities * Administer and monitor Windows Server systems. * Manage virtualized environments using VMware and Proxmox. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on technology infrastructure. * Manage data backups and recovery. * Monitor server performance, availability, and security. * Provide technical support related to network and server infrastructure. * Prepare technical documentation and procedures. Working Conditions * Salary: S/ 2,500 – S/ 3,000 per month. * Work modality: On-site. * Working hours: * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. * Employment type: Full-time.
