We are experiencing steady growth and are currently looking to add the following role to our team: PRODUCTION OPTIMIZER Requirements * Final-year student, graduate, or technical specialist in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Administration, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Knowledge of logistics, purchasing, and materials control (preferred). * Knowledge of melamine cutting optimization and material utilization (preferred). * Analytical ability and commitment to continuous improvement. * Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet established deadlines. * Results-oriented mindset. * Preferably residing in Southern Lima. Responsibilities * Develop and optimize melamine cutting layouts and plans to maximize material utilization. * Analyze and reduce material waste, optimizing production costs and labor expenses. * Review and monitor inventory levels of materials required for production. * Coordinate quotations and procurement of required materials to ensure uninterrupted production. * Track the production process and promptly report progress and issues to management. * Ensure materials and processes comply with established quality standards. * Prepare and maintain up-to-date production reports, material consumption reports, and performance reports. * Propose improvements in optimization, production, and procurement processes to enhance operational efficiency.
