Job Summary: Huarcaya Group, a leader in furniture, seeks a Bachelor of Architecture or Graduate Architect for the design, development, and control of detailed furniture drawings for diverse projects. Committed to quality, innovation, and excellence in managing every project. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor of Architecture or Graduate Architect * 1 year of experience in similar roles within Design or Projects departments * Experience in construction projects for schools, hotels, hospitals, multifamily buildings, or retail. * Advanced knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Review project scope and submit queries to initiate the ETO (Technical Construction File) phase * Develop detailed furniture drawings for manufacturing * Address comments and observations on prepared drawings * Prepare technical data sheets and other project furniture technical documents * Conduct on-site measurements to ensure drawing compatibility * Track progress and manage changes to drawings and documents * Follow standard formats established for ETO preparation * Support printing and delivery of prepared drawings to the client * Keep graphical information updated in project folders * Preferred: Experience in furniture design and manufacturing projects **COMPETENCIES:** * Teamwork * Communication at all levels * Project planning **BENEFITS:** * Market-competitive remuneration * Positive work environment * On-site work in Villa El Salvador Salary: S/.2,000\.00 per month Application Questions: * What is your academic degree?
