Recruitment: Assistant for Control, Supervision, and Strategic Management (Right Hand of General Management) **A leading veterinary laboratory** is seeking a high-potential, dynamic professional with a strong strategic profile, leadership abilities, and high proactivity to take on the challenge of organizing, auditing, and supervising our organization’s key processes. We are not seeking a purely operational profile; we seek the **right hand of General Management**: an intelligent individual with excellent presence, poise, and the firmness required to ensure efficiency across all departments. Required Profile: * **Education:** Bachelor's degree or Licentiate in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Age:** Between 28 and 38 years old (preferred). * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years in supervisory, internal audit, coordination, or roles involving personnel and multidisciplinary process control. * **Key competencies:** High proactivity, exceptional energy, strong initiative, assertive communication, firm character, and a strong sense of order. * **Professional image:** Excellent presence, fluency of speech, and smooth interpersonal skills for interacting with clients (national/international) and internal staff. * **Location:** Must reside in **Carabayllo** or easily accessible areas in **Northern Lima** (mandatory). * **Technical skills:** Intermediate Excel (for auditing reports) and understanding of accounting/commercial workflows. Main Responsibilities: * **360° Supervision:** Conduct regular rounds and monitor that all departments (Security, Warehouse, Accounting, Marketing, HR, Laboratory, and Production) fulfill their tasks and schedules. * **Immediate Resolution:** If issues, discrepancies, or delays arise among staff, your responsibility is to resolve them on-site with firmness and professionalism. * **Efficient Reporting:** Problems are not brought to General Management—results are. You will prepare weekly reports identifying detected incidents and **how you resolved them**. Conditions and Benefits: * **Salary:** S/. 2,000.00 – S/. 2,500.00 per month (based on evaluation and experience). * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. * **Work Modality:** 100% on-site in **Carabayllo**. * **Benefits:** Formal employment (company payroll regime), high-trust position with a clear career path, and direct access to General Management.
