We offer all opportunities for career development. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or university studies in International Business, Administration, Industrial Engineering with specializations in Foreign Trade and/or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in the position. * Knowledge in foreign trade management (Imports and Exports). * Experience in negotiations with foreign suppliers and logistics operators. * Preferably experience in companies importing iron and steel materials. * Knowledge of current customs regulations, logistics operators, and logistics management. * Knowledge of customs operations. * Familiarity with Incoterms. * Proficiency with foreign trade tools such as commercial platforms, institutions, and others. * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) * Advanced English proficiency. * Driver's license preferred. * Preferably residing near the workplace. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist the Comex department with any purchasing needs that arise. * Manage international purchases (requesting quotations, comparative tables, preparing purchase orders, etc.) * Evaluate and cost products for importation according to company requirements. * Assess import costs for sales price assignment. * Track imports and exports when applicable. * Coordinate with customs agencies and logistics operators. * Search for, evaluate, and select international suppliers and logistics operators. * Negotiate with international suppliers, logistics operators, handle customs procedures, calculate import costs, prepare documentation, etc. * Evaluate international transportation options. * Report merchandise arrivals to the relevant departments within the company. * Organize and record import documentation and coordinate with the accounting and administrative department. * Maintain supplier database and forms (registration, updates, and maintenance). * Prepare monthly reports and KPIs for the respective department. * Perform other duties corresponding to the logistics area. * Carry out additional tasks assigned by immediate supervisor and/or General Management. **COMPETENCIES:** * Time management and productivity, * Ability to work in teams and build strong interpersonal relationships. * Effective communication * Negotiation and conflict resolution skills. **CONDITIONS:** * Immediate availability, on-site work. * Salary negotiable. * Formal employment with full social benefits. * Punctual payments. * Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:15 a.m. – 5:45 p.m. (Lunch break 1:00 p.m. – 1:45 p.m.) / Saturdays 8:15 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. * Workplace location: Chorrillos, at the level of the Police School.
