We are seeking an ***Operations Assistant*** for our ***workshop*** at ***VMT*** — someone with an all-terrain attitude and willingness. **Requirements:** * Technical graduate or student in Industrial Administration, Engineering, Machinery Maintenance, or related fields. * Intermediate Excel (Mandatory). * Must reside in Villa María del Triunfo or nearby areas (South Lima). **Responsibilities:** * Prepare preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for the fleet (compressors, generators, towers) based on operating hours. * Generate operability certificates, packing lists, and maintenance plans. Manage TREC and SCTR insurance policies and calibrations (pressure gauges, valves, hydrostatic tests). * Prepare technical maintenance reports and equipment pending status reports per workshop unit. * Monitor equipment status (operational/workshop/customer). * Manage documentation and logistics for technician visits to mining units or construction sites. * Coordinate with other departments to ensure equipment availability and address customer incidents. * Ensure every shipment includes complete safety equipment according to site/mine/project standards. **Compensation \& Benefits:** * Monthly payment of S/.1,300\.00 via Receipt for Professional Services. * Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) and Saturdays (8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.). * Learning opportunity in rental fleet management and mining industry standards. ***If you meet the profile and are available to join us immediately, APPLY NOW.*** ***Join Demper Corp and build your experience!*** Salary: S/.1,300\.00 per month Application Question(s): * In which district do you currently reside? * Do you agree to payment via Receipt for Professional Services? * Are you available during the required time slots?
