Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Supervisor to support the execution and monitoring of the production program at an agro-export company specializing in superfoods. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently looking for a **Production Supervisor**: **Requirements:** * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Food Industries, Agro-industrial Engineering, or Industrial Engineering, with experience in the food industry. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a pre-professional intern, professional intern, or production assistant in a plant setting. * Knowledge of BPM (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Occupational Health and Safety. **Responsibilities:** * Provide support in executing and monitoring the production program, ensuring compliance with quality, food safety, occupational safety, and efficiency standards. * Assist in monitoring production processes, controlling key performance indicators, coordinating with operational staff, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement to optimize plant operations. * Verify compliance with operational procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and safety regulations during the assigned shift. * Prepare and update records, reports, and operational information that contribute to production control and monitoring. **Working Conditions:** * Salary: S/1800 + S/150 meal allowance + S/100 transportation allowance + S/300 performance-based productivity bonus. * Rotating weekly shifts: 7am–4pm, 2pm–10:30pm, 10pm–7am. * Commuting assistance from Villa el Salvador. * Employee benefits platform offering discounts. * Corporate discount for private health insurance.
