Casa Mundo SAC, a company dedicated to manufacturing furniture for real estate projects, is looking to hire a Production Planning and Control (PCP) Assistant to support the Plant Manager. Requirements \* Technician graduate in Industrial Administration, Industrial Production, Industrial Processes, or related fields. \* Minimum 1 year of experience in production, PCP, or planning. \* Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. \* Knowledge of production planning and control. \* Analytical ability, organizational skills, and follow-up capability. \* Willingness to work on-site in Pachacamac. Responsibilities \* Support daily and weekly production planning. \* Monitor the production schedule. \* Track progress and goal attainment. \* Prepare production reports and performance indicators. \* Identify delays and constraints and report them to the Plant Manager. \* Assist in the distribution and scheduling of production orders.
