The Warehouse Supervisor or Manager will perform the following functions * Organize shipments in Lima and throughout the country * Implement and manage indicators for warehouse and dispatch operations * Conduct periodic inventories * Organize products in the warehouse * Manage suppliers (e.g. for dispatches...) * Lead the digitization of logistics operations **Job Requirements** a) Education - Final-year student, graduate, or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration b) Relevant work experience less than 5 years c) Experience as an assistant to a Warehouse Manager will be valued d) Specialization courses in logistics e) Knowledge of logistics operations and SKU management f) Proficiency in Excel g) Soft skills: leadership, analytical ability, and proactivity Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800.00 - S/.2,800.00 per month Experience: * Warehouse Management: 1 year (Required) Work location: On-site Expected start date: 10/20/2025
