Optimization of visual and audio quality for diverse platforms **AUDIOVISUAL COMMUNICATOR** **Overskull S.A.C.** is seeking an Audiovisual Communicator to join our team. We seek a creative, organized professional with strong audiovisual judgment—capable of transforming ideas and raw audiovisual material into clear, dynamic, and brand-identity-aligned content. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Edit and assemble audiovisual pieces according to each project’s objectives. * Select and organize audiovisual material, ensuring narrative coherence, pacing, and visual quality. * Perform image, color, and audio adjustments to optimize content quality. * Incorporate text, subtitles, music, transitions, and graphic elements as required by the project. * Adapt and export content according to formats, resolutions, and specifications of each digital platform. * Implement revisions and improvements based on received feedback. * Maintain organized archives, projects, resources, and versions for each production. * Propose creative alternatives to enhance content impact and quality. * Meet established schedules and delivery deadlines. * Coordinate with involved departments to ensure proper execution of audiovisual projects. **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical or university education in Audiovisual Communication, Communication Sciences, Audiovisual Production, or related fields. * Prior experience in audiovisual content editing and production. * Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent professional editing software. * Knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, and/or Illustrator. * Knowledge of audio editing and color correction. * Familiarity with audiovisual formats for social media and digital platforms. * Strong organizational skills, creativity, and attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills and willingness to work collaboratively. * Portfolio or audiovisual reel submission is mandatory. **POSITION CONDITIONS** * Work Modality: On-site * Location: Villa El Salvador, Lima * Schedule: Monday to Saturday * Position Type: Full-time * Remuneration: S/ 1400 to S/ 1600 **IMPORTANT** To participate in the selection process, you must complete the following form: https://forms.gle/XY9rsAQ3YAqugbVX6 *Only profiles that complete the form and submit an audiovisual portfolio will be evaluated.* Salary: S/.1\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
