We are currently seeking a highly qualified technical professional to fill the position of **Electrical Maintenance Technician.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on plant machinery. 2\. Conduct daily inspections and routine checks on plant machinery. 3\. Document critical spare parts information. 4\. Carry out basic maintenance activities such as cleaning, adjustments, and inspections. 5\. Prepare technical reports and interpret engineering drawings. 6\. Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures. 7\. Maintain workplace order and cleanliness according to the 5S methodology. 8\. Propose improvements for machinery and maintenance execution processes. 9\. Design and implement electrical control and power panels. 10\. Perform other duties assigned by management. **REQUIREMENTS:** · Technical degree in Electrical Engineering. · Minimum 2 years of experience performing similar duties as an Electrical Maintenance Technician. · Experience in the metal-mechanical, textile, plastic, or related industries. · Availability to work rotating 12-hour shifts. Work schedule is 6 days per week with 1 day off. · Availability to work at the industrial plant located in La Chutana Industrial Park \- Chilca. · Proficiency in: \- Variable frequency drives (measuring instruments) \- Instrumentation \- PLCs \- Motor megger testing \- Encoders and tachogenerators BENEFITS: · Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits effective from the first day of work. · Commuting transportation to the plant from authorized stops. · 100% covered meals. · Bi-weekly salary payments.
