Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Supervisor to verify compliance with GMP and HACCP, prepare analytical certificates, and conduct sampling and microbiological analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities include documentation management and process controls. We are currently seeking top talent for the position of Quality Supervisor. Requirements · Bachelor's degree or graduate in Food Industries, Agro-industries, Fisheries, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related fields. · Basic English proficiency. · Microsoft Office user-level proficiency. · Training courses in GMP / HACCP implementation (mandatory). · Training courses in BRC standards (desirable). · 6 months of experience. Responsibilities * Verify compliance with Good Storage and Manufacturing Practices. * Prepare analytical certificates for released products. * Conduct sampling and sample preparation requested by local and export sales departments. * Experience in microbiological analysis (MANDATORY). * Perform GMP inspections for warehouses. * Verify product status according to acceptance criteria for raw materials, packaging, and containers. * Ensure availability of all quality certificates for packaging, as well as safety certificates provided by suppliers. * Verify finished product dispatch procedures. * Complete daily records. * Manage documentation for raw material receipt, packaging material receipt, and dispatch. * Support process controls and GMP controls (production line). * Other duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor. This is an on-site position in Chorrillos. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,300.00 - S/.1,700.00 per month Application Questions: * The first three months are a probationary period and paid by RxH.
