Job Summary: We are seeking a Planning Analyst to provide operational support in the Production Planning and Control process, ensuring accurate recording and analysis of key information. We are looking for a **Planning Analyst** who will provide operational support to the Production Planning and Control process, ensuring timely data entry into the system, correct generation of manufacturing orders, material availability, and identification of operational discrepancies through basic information analysis to enable prompt decision-making by the PCP Manager. **Main Responsibilities:** * Generate manufacturing orders in the SAP system, ensuring accurate recording of quantities, codes, and dates. * Execute manufacturing orders based on validations performed by the PCP Analyst. * Validate raw material and input availability in the system. * Download and review Material Requirements Planning (MRP) explosion data for proper execution. * Identify stock deviations, material consumption variances, and order execution issues, and promptly report them to the PCP Analyst or PCP Manager. * Coordinate with the Production department for release of manufacturing orders. * Manage requests for raw material transfers between warehouses. * Record and update the status of manufacturing orders in the SAP system. * Support preparation of operational reports (e.g., manufacturing orders vs. sales orders, production tracking, etc.). * Analyze basic manufacturing order data (delays, consumption, compliance) to generate operational alerts. * Monitor manufacturing order fulfillment. * Address operational requirements from the PC department. **Requirements:** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar roles (planning, logistics, or supply chain). * Knowledge of production planning and control. * Intermediate to advanced SAP proficiency. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, databases). * MRP / materials planning knowledge preferred. * Basic English (preferred). * Skills: ability to work under pressure, effective communication, analytical thinking, and results orientation. **Benefits:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Career growth and development opportunities. * Participation in continuous improvement projects. * Excellent working environment. * Ongoing training and professional development. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. **Application:** Interested candidates should send their CV to: **recursos.humanos@glmfoods.com**, with the subject line: *“Planning Analyst”*.
