Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Supervisor to ensure fleet vehicle operationality and compliance with standards by coordinating maintenance activities and managing resources. Be part of a Peruvian poultry company with over 45 years of experience. We are currently looking for a Production Supervisor to join a strong team in Cañete, Lima (Peru). The professional will be responsible for ensuring fleet vehicle operationality and availability through efficient planning, coordination, and supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance, guaranteeing compliance with technical and safety standards and optimal use of allocated resources. **Main Responsibilities:** Distribute the weekly and daily production plan according to commercial channel requirements. Supervise plan execution, ensuring quality and timely dispatch of finished goods. Inspect and verify production process operating parameters according to egg classification formula (based on weight and age). Ensure proper transfer of finished goods to the Warehouse area. Supervise daily, weekly, and monthly supply of materials, packaging, and consumables to prevent stockouts and submit monthly material requests to the Procurement department. Supervise process startup, correct machinery usage, and coordinate with Maintenance for any technical deviations; responsible for supervising third-party MOBA cleaning personnel. Guarantee accuracy of production process records; supervise both the process and production staff, validating each data entry before it is recorded into the production system. Monitor achievement of Production KPIs and take action to meet management targets. Train production staff, including onboarding new or reassigned personnel, defining tasks, timelines, and objectives. Requirements **Education:** Graduate, Bachelor's degree, or Professional Title \- Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Agro-industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering. **Knowledge:** Specialization in Operations Management, Administration, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields. **Experience:** 3 years as Production Supervisor.
