Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Promoter to advise customers, achieve sales targets, conduct scheduled visits, and strengthen brand presence in the market. Key Highlights: 1. Grafipapel, an industrial printing company with over 29 years in the market, is currently seeking a: **Sales Promoter** **Responsibilities:** * Provide personalized customer advice by identifying their needs and guiding them in their purchase decision. * Achieve sales and product placement targets at assigned stores and points of sale. * Conduct scheduled customer visits to promote and boost sales, highlighting product features and benefits while reinforcing brand trust. * Submit periodic reports on sales progress, stockouts, product turnover, and customer feedback. * Record and update commercial management information in required applications and reports. * Execute marketing activities such as surveys, flyer distribution, and directing end users to points of sale. * Actively drive product sales at established retail locations. * Manage inventory under your responsibility, ensuring proper display and availability. * Attend scheduled training and development sessions to strengthen commercial competencies. * Manage and follow up on orders until sale closure. * Identify opportunities for improvement or expansion in strategic areas with high commercial potential. * Support the execution of activations, demonstrations, promotions, and company-organized events. * Perform other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor related to the nature of the position. **Requirements:** * Completed higher education in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields. * Knowledge of sales skills, customer service, and specific product and market knowledge (preferred). * Minimum 2 years of experience in this role or similar positions. **We Offer:** * Formal employment (fixed salary + transportation allowance + commissions). * Statutory social benefits – General Regime. * Career progression opportunities.
