Immediate availability. Responsibilities: 1. Manage recruitment and personnel selection processes. 2. Conduct candidate search and sourcing. 3. Execute pre-selection screening. 4. Draft employment contracts and addendums. 5. Prepare labor-related documents. 6. Compile hourly payroll and attendance records. 7. Handle SUNAFIL-related procedures. 8. Human resource management.
