Management of personnel procedures and tax declarations A leading company in the entertainment and recreation industry is seeking an enthusiastic professional for the position of **PAYROLL ASSISTANT** **REQUIREMENTS** * Graduates, technical or bachelor's degree holders in Accounting, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * 2 years of experience handling payroll * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency * Knowledge of labor legislation * Experience with Starsoft (not mandatory) * Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Administer contract and renewal management. * Carry out employee onboarding, offboarding, modifications, and beneficiary updates in T-REGISTRO; update T-REGISTRO accordingly. * Monitor the annual vacation schedule. * Process procedures (ESSALUD) and subsidies. * Prepare payroll calculations for various companies, including overtime, transportation allowance, fifth-category income tax, AFP, ONP, and Essalud. * Calculate social benefits, including vacations, bonuses, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), and profit-sharing. * Verify the opening of employees’ earnings accounts. * Handle policy renewals for SCTR Health–Pension, Life Insurance Law, inclusions, and exclusions. * File PLAME and pay taxes, including AFPnet. * Prepare monthly payroll and provision accounting entries. **WE OFFER:** * Formal employment from the first day of work * Statutory benefits * Pleasant working environment.
