Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to manage inventories, coordinate with suppliers, and optimize logistics processes in an industrial company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages inventories and stock levels of raw materials and finished products. 2. Negotiates with suppliers and optimizes the use of logistical resources. 3. Supervises customer deliveries and manages cash flows. **ESTABLISHED INDUSTRIAL COMPANY SPECIALIZING IN THE MANUFACTURE OF INDUSTRIAL PAINTS IS SEEKING TOP TALENT FOR THE POSITION OF: LOGISTICS MANAGER — REQUIREMENTS:** * **GRADUATE OR BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING, OR RELATED FIELD (MANDATORY)** * Intermediate or Advanced Excel proficiency (MANDATORY) * Preferred: Specialized courses in International Trade * Minimum 2 years of experience in this role or similar positions. * Competencies: Responsibility, high level of proactivity, ability to work under pressure, commitment. * Availability to work: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturdays, 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM, in Villa El Salvador. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Verify inventory data and stock levels for the raw materials warehouse and the finished products warehouse. * Timely supply of various materials and office supplies required by all company processes, meeting quality standards and securing the most favorable conditions for the company. * Meetings and coordination with new and existing suppliers to improve negotiation and cost management. * Provide necessary information to management for decision-making. * Evaluate quotations to ensure effective procurement management. * Generate Purchase Orders. * Optimize resource utilization across all stages of the logistics process, from procurement to product delivery. * Supervise timely delivery of product orders to company customers. * Monthly sworn declaration of regulated goods to SUNAT. * Quarterly sworn declaration of methanol to MIPRODUCE. * Schedule promissory notes for treasury cash flow planning. * Manage petty cash. * Ensure availability and preservation of documented information related to the Quality Management System under their responsibility. * Other duties inherent to the position and/or as directed by immediate supervisor. **WE OFFER:** * Market-competitive remuneration * Full payroll registration (General Regime) * Profit-sharing Salary: S/.3,500.00 – S/.5,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
