In this opportunity, we are seeking a committed professional to assume the position of **Operational Cleaning Supervisor – (Lurin)** **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a team supervisor in the cleaning area or related fields. * Leadership skills, effective communication, and team management abilities. * Intermediate knowledge of Office applications (EXCEL and WORD). * Full availability. **FUNCTIONS** * Supervise personnel compliance with cleaning duties. * Implement necessary changes to improve the performance of cleaning staff. * Assign duties according to immediate requirements for bus cleaning. * Monitor attendance, absences, and tardiness of cleaning staff. * Availability to support operational staff shortages when needed. **BENEFITS** * Salary of 1500 soles * SCTR insurance (Complementary Risk Work Insurance) * Provision of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) * 15 days of paid vacation after completing one year of employment. * Microenterprise payroll registration **LOCATION** MODASA, Old Panamericana Sur Km 38\.2, Lurín 15823 **WORK HOURS** * 7AM \- 4PM **Send your CV to the following number: 919 / 493 / 176** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500\.00 per month Application Question(s): * How old are you? * Where do you currently reside?
