Job Summary: Itsanet Perú S.A.C. is seeking an Assistant for Transport and Distribution to manage logistics operations, verify invoicing, and coordinate dispatches. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages fleets, monitors carriers, and coordinates dispatches. 2. Verifies billing reports and transportation rates. 3. Tracks deliveries and coordinates with customers. Requirements * Technical or university graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. * One year of experience in the position * Willingness to work in Punta Hermosa or nearby areas * Proficiency in Excel for report generation Experience: \- Fleet tracking via GPS. \- GPS lock activation/deactivation. \- Remote vehicle immobilization control. \- Monitoring of carriers en route. \- Experience managing carriers. Functions: Receive and verify billing reports from transport companies. * Compare rates charged by suppliers against authorized and negotiated rates. * Verify weights and additional charges as applicable. • Verify route sheets per supplier. * Generate service orders. * Upload costs to the TMS system per order. * Receive transport service invoices, verifying data (consignee, tax address, cargo in tons, freight, etc.), then forward them to the Accounting Department. * Coordinate and report dispatch incidents to customers. * Register, update, and track billing. * Coordinate and report billing incidents to customers. * Control daily and monthly documentation. * Schedule and coordinate provincial dispatches with couriers. * Track deliveries via MCP and external supplier systems. * Comply with Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental, Social Responsibility, and BASC Supply Chain Security (SGCS BASC) standards for prevention of illicit acts and other standards established by the company. * Report suspicious supplier activities to immediate supervisor / BASC Committee during processing.
