Register and update academic programming in the educational management system (courses, schedules, instructors, classrooms). Support the development of the semester/trimester academic schedule in coordination with faculties and professional schools. Review, process, and enter budget system information. Generate reports on the allocation of academic environments. Conduct analysis of indicators to optimize resources for the academic process. Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements Completed technical studies or currently enrolled in undergraduate studies (minimum sixth semester) in Systems Engineering, Administration, Management, or related fields. At least two (2) years of experience in this position or similar roles. Knowledge of user orientation and support. Familiarity with academic platforms. Intermediate proficiency in office software.
