**REQUIREMENTS FOR GENERAL ACCOUNTANT – BUSINESS GROUP** **Academic Background:** * Degree holder and licensed accountant. **Experience:** * Minimum **5 years of experience** in similar roles such as General Accountant, Accounting Manager, or Accounting Supervisor. * Essential experience in comprehensive management of **accounting for business groups** with multiple business units. * Experience leading accounting teams (minimum 2–3 people). **Technical Skills:** * Advanced proficiency in the **CONCAR** system (essential). * Solid knowledge of accounting standards and procedures (NIIF/IFRS). * Thorough understanding of Peruvian tax and labor regulations. * Proven experience in: * Preparation and review of **financial statements**. * Management of **monthly and annual filings** (VAT, Income Tax, DAOT, ITAN, PDT, PLAME, etc.). * **Monthly and annual accounting closings**. * **Complex bank reconciliations**. * **Fixed asset control** and depreciation. * Preparation of **budgets**, financial analysis, and management reports. * Advanced **Excel** skills (pivot tables, macros desirable). **Competencies:** * High level of **leadership**, organization, and planning. * Ability to work under pressure and make decisions. * Strategic vision and focus on continuous improvement. * Professional ethics, confidentiality, and commitment. * Effective communication and coordination ability with management. **Others:** * Availability to work in **Cieneguilla** (essential).
