




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Junior Sysadmin to maintain the operational integrity and security of the IT infrastructure for a growing manufacturing company, providing technical support and system management. Key Highlights: 1. Microsoft 365 administration, servers, and virtualization (Proxmox/Hyper-V). 2. Security management (Sophos Firewall/XDR) and backup operations (Veeam Backup). 3. Technical support, infrastructure monitoring with Zabbix, and network management. A growing manufacturing company in the cleaning products sector requires a Junior Sysadmin. **ROLE OBJECTIVE** Maintain the company’s IT infrastructure in an operational and secure state, ensuring system continuity, information protection, and timely technical support to internal teams. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Administer Microsoft 365: users, licenses, and basic security. * Administer servers and monitor infrastructure using Zabbix. * Manage security with Sophos Firewall and Sophos Endpoint XDR. * Manage backups using Veeam Backup. * Administer virtualized environments (Proxmox / Hyper\-V). * Analyze security alerts and reports. * Handle Level 2 tickets and provide end-user technical support. * Manage networks, communications, and CCTV systems. * Provide Odoo ERP support: enhancements and coordination with key users. * Manage IT vendors, maintenance activities, and implementations. **TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS** * Microsoft 365 administration (users, groups, security, and basic compliance). * Windows Server and/or Linux server administration. * Infrastructure monitoring with Zabbix. * Security management with Sophos Firewall and Sophos Endpoint XDR. * Backup management with Veeam Backup \& Replication. * Virtualization with Proxmox and/or Hyper\-V. * Networking knowledge: TCP/IP, VLANs, basic routing and switching. * CCTV and communications systems management. * Desired: Experience with Odoo ERP or any other ERP. **SOFT SKILLS** * Attention to detail and diagnostic capability. * Clear communication with non-technical users. * Organization and time management when handling multiple concurrent tickets. * Proactivity in anticipating failures before they become incidents. * Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned systems. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE** * Minimum 1 year and maximum 2 years in technical support or system administration roles. * Demonstrable experience with at least 3 tools from the technology stack. **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS** * Technical or university degree in Information Technology, Networking, Computer Systems, or related fields. * Completed studies or currently enrolled (final semester accepted). * Desired certifications: Microsoft (MS\-900, AZ\-900\), CompTIA A\+/Network\+, Sophos. **WORK CONDITIONS** * Work modality: On-site. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Work location: Villa el Salvador. * Immediate availability (preferred). **WHAT WE OFFER** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Compensation: S/ 1,800 – S/ 2,000, based on evaluation. * Full statutory benefits: EsSalud, bonuses, CTS, and vacation days. * Job stability within a growing company. * Diverse technical environment with enterprise-grade tools. * Positive work atmosphere.
