Manage teams to achieve production and quality objectives We are a textile export company specializing in apparel, currently seeking a **TEXTILE MANAGER** responsible for efficiently overseeing all textile process activities while meeting quality standards and established deadlines. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree or university graduate in Industrial Engineering or Textile Engineering. * Knowledge of textile production ERP systems, machine and equipment operational techniques. * Understanding of production systems. * Knowledge of Methods Engineering: proficiency in process analysis and productivity tools. * Experience in textile production for knitted and woven fabrics. * Proficiency in quality tools. * Minimum 5 years of experience in this role and at least 7 years of overall experience. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Organize, direct, plan, and control textile production processes—including weaving, dyeing, and fabric finishing—while promoting good manufacturing practices in the textile plant to ensure quality standards. * Maximize efficiency by reducing the waste rate. * Review daily production forecasts for weaving and dyeing. * Execute and monitor production schedules; resolve production-related issues. * Schedule, organize, and control production from external service providers. * Monitor production progress and report current production status. * Manage and ensure supply of inputs according to manufacturing orders for the textile plant. * Monitor and follow up with department heads to ensure compliance with quality standards and technical reporting on production progress. * Review staff rosters per production line. * Manage on-site work teams to meet production, quality, and efficiency objectives. **BENEFITS** * Full payroll coverage from day one * Opportunity to join a market-leading textile company * Positive work environment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to S/.7,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
