Maintain a clean and orderly workplace and equipment A company in the marine food and ingredients sector is seeking Discharge Operators for its Chancay plant. Requirements: * Completed secondary education * **Valid MARINERO DE ARTEFACTO NAVAL license** * Three years of experience in the fisheries or related sector * Skills: Proactivity, responsibility, and teamwork Responsibilities: * Report to the Hatch Supervisor the quality and condition of raw materials during the discharge process. * Use equipment to suction raw materials into holds, then proceed to clean the hold. * Keep the assigned workplace and equipment/machine clean and organized. * Report any malfunctions related to equipment under your responsibility to your immediate supervisor before, during, and after each work shift. * During fishing moratorium periods or in the absence of raw materials, perform maintenance and/or repair tasks on plant facilities or equipment—preferably but not exclusively those assigned to you. * Follow instructions and procedures provided by your immediate supervisor, as well as company policies and regulations. * Comply with Occupational Health and Safety guidelines.
