Job Summary: We are seeking proactive educational advisors with strong communication, customer service, and management skills to prospect and attend to potential students, as well as handle complaints and claims. Focus on proactivity and courteous treatment of the public We are the Private Higher Education Institute Sergio Bernales de Huaral, and we are currently recruiting educational advisors. REQUIREMENTS: \- Completed technical studies in Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related fields. \- Experience: minimum 1 year in direct sales, customer service, or call center roles. \- Call handling and time management skills. \- Fast typing speed. \- Courteous demeanor, clear pronunciation, vocal clarity, and active listening. \- Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms. * Availability to work from Monday to Saturday. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Prospecting and/or attending prospects via the institution's social media channels; scheduling appointments with prospective or potential students; entering their data into the system; and managing any required documentation for proper service delivery. \- Handling complaints and claims (identifying opportunities for improvement) \- Receiving calls and providing information.
