It distributes personal protective equipment (PPE), tools, hardware products, and industrial consumables from well-known brands, and additionally offers specialized advisory services to support our clients’ operational safety and continuity. Currently seeking to hire a **Finance Analyst** to contribute to strengthening the company’s financial management through planning, control, and analysis of financial information for strategic decision-making. **Job Objective** Implement and strengthen the company’s financial management by planning and controlling cash flow, managing treasury operations, and conducting financial planning—ensuring appropriate liquidity management, payment prioritization, evaluation of financing alternatives, and generation of reliable financial information that supports the business’s sustainable growth. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare and manage the projected cash flow (Cash Flow) and financial forecast. * Manage daily treasury operations and the company’s banking position. * Monitor actual versus projected cash flow, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions. * Prepare and control the annual budget, tracking its execution. * Analyze profitability by product, customer, and operation, identifying improvement opportunities. * Support pricing decisions considering costs and profitability margins. * Prepare managerial financial reports for General Management and shareholders. * Coordinate with external accountants to validate financial statements, costs, and expenses, ensuring information reliability. * Evaluate financing alternatives (factoring, loans, credit lines) and their impact on liquidity. * Propose and implement improvements in financial, control, and planning processes. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of cash flow preparation and analysis, budgeting, and financial planning. * Proficiency in financial indicators, profitability analysis, and treasury management. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Prior experience in commercial or distribution companies is desirable. **Offers** * Formal employment registration. * Opportunity for professional growth and development. * Excellent working environment.
