




Job Summary: We are seeking a Receptionist to ensure efficient and courteous service, managing check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Facility monitoring and access control We are looking for top talent for the **RECEPTIONIST** position with one of our partners in the district of **SAN BARTOLO**, ensuring efficient and courteous service to visitors. **Responsibilities:** Perform check-in and check-out procedures in accordance with established policies and procedures. Respond to guest requests. Handle and resolve guest complaints. Answer internal and external telephone calls received by the hotel. Manage, create, and confirm reservations. Provide customer service as required. Monitor and supervise company facilities and common areas. Control proper access for guests and/or diners. Recycle and collect garbage from all areas. Open the premises. Perform additional duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** Technical and/or university degree, or final-cycle student in hotel administration, hospitality and tourism, or related fields. Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions. Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. Customer service and problem resolution skills.
