Job Summary: A professional to lead and optimize warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and compliance with processes. Key Highlights: 1. Requirements * Technical or university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience leading warehouse and logistics operations. * Knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and stock control. * Experience in dispatch planning and control. * Proficiency in logistics metrics (KPIs). * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills and ERP/WMS systems knowledge (preferred). * Experience leading operational teams. * Strong organizational, planning, and decision-making abilities. Responsibilities * Plan, coordinate, and supervise warehouse and logistics operations. * Ensure accurate inventory control, as well as proper receipt and dispatch of goods. * Supervise receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch processes. * Coordinate timely procurement of materials and products. * Implement controls to minimize inventory discrepancies, losses, and shrinkage. * Supervise warehouse and logistics staff, ensuring adherence to procedures. * Coordinate with purchasing, production, sales, and transportation departments. * Optimize logistics processes to improve response times and reduce operational costs. * Prepare reports and metrics for management. * Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and housekeeping standards.
