Job Mission: * Support the pastry chef in preparing desserts and organizing tools and equipment, ensuring quality, presentation, and compliance with hygiene standards. Requirements: * Minimum of 1 year of experience in the field. * Completed secondary education. * Knowledge of pastry techniques and dessert decoration. * Possession of a District Health Certificate for food handling. * Availability for rotating shifts. Main Responsibilities: * Prepare desserts, cakes, snacks, and other menu items. * Assist the pastry chef throughout the entire preparation process. * Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area, following good manufacturing practices. * Organize and prepare ingredients for production (mise en place). * Ensure proper presentation and quality of finished products.
