To strengthen our workforce, we are currently seeking qualified human talent to join our plant. ***HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT*** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree holder (University or Technical), Bachelor’s degree and/or graduate (University or Technical) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Relations, Accounting, Social Work, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Experience in personnel and vehicle unit authorization for mining units such as: Compañía Minera Ares, Minsur San Rafael, Antapaccay, Chinalco, Marcobre, Hudbay, Pampas de Cobre, Others. * Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems for Quality, Safety, and Occupational Health; intermediate-level Office software. * Knowledge of Human Resources Management. * Knowledge of Administrative Management, current regulations, and labor contracts. * Efficiently plan, coordinate, and control recruitment, selection, and staff training activities. * Conduct workplace climate assessments, performance evaluations, and detection of workplace harassment; implement training programs, maintain infrastructure, and execute employee welfare programs. * Manage SCTR procedures, employee EMOS, Police Clearance Certificates, employment certificates, and maintain personnel document records. * Knowledge of managing documentation required by Sunafil. * Preferred: Proficiency in platforms including 2personnel, Centinela, Tecsup Inductions, MCP Third Parties Chinalco, Infocontrol, Webcontrol, Págalo, Sunat, IGH, ISEM. **CONDITIONS:** \- Working days: Monday to Saturday \- Preferably reside in areas near PAUCARPATA \- AREQUIPA \- Expected start date: January \- Position type: Full-time \- Experience: 1 year \- Salary: S/ 1300 \- S/ 1600 Position type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment
