Carry out key processes of receipt, dispatch, and inventory We are looking for a **responsible, proactive, and vocation-driven** individual to join our **Warehouse Worker** team at a camp located in Paramonga. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely availability and **strict control** of all plant materials and supplies by efficiently executing **receipt, dispatch, and inventory processes**, and guaranteeing documentary and physical stock accuracy to maintain operational continuity and record reliability. **Responsibilities:** * Receive and dispatch materials and/or supplies for the plant in general. * Update daily records of material inflows and outflows. * Review documentation (invoice, delivery notes, purchase orders, etc.) according to requirements. * Conduct inventory counts, cycle counts, and verifications to ensure record accuracy and minimize stock discrepancies. * Report daily activities; monitor and control the plant's supply requirements. * Generate periodic, monthly reports on warehouse inflows and outflows. **Requirements:** * Technical studies in administration, computing, or related fields. * Experience in the mining sector. * Knowledge of administrative, industrial, and document management processes. * Intermediate-level office software proficiency. * Availability to work under a 20x10 schedule in Paramonga. **What We Offer:** * Formal payroll from day one, including statutory benefits. * Integration into a formal and secure workforce. * 20x10 work schedule with covered transportation. * Covered meals and accommodation.
