Teamwork and results-oriented mindset. **FLEET OPERATOR – VILLA EL SALVADOR** **MIDA SECURITY**, a Peruvian company with 9 years of experience delivering comprehensive security solutions to public and private sector enterprises, **is currently seeking a Fleet Operator to join our team.** **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical or university studies in **Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.** * Minimum **6 months of experience in Control Center operations, GPS monitoring, fleet management, or transportation coordination**, preferably within logistics, transportation, or security companies. * Experience in route planning, distribution, dispatching, or transportation planning. * Experience coordinating with drivers and managing vehicle fleets. * Knowledge of **GPS tracking platforms.** * Intermediate-level **Excel proficiency.** * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and decision-making capability. * Ability to work under pressure and resolve operational incidents. * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Monitor vehicle fleet location and traceability using GPS systems and telephone calls. * Perform real-time positioning and estimated time of arrival (ETA) forecasting for transport units, verifying progress along the route. * Prepare movement and tracking reports for transport units. * Provide clients with detailed information on scheduled units and drivers. * Maintain continuous communication and coordination with drivers during service delivery. * Notify drivers of any deviations or violations of road safety parameters. * Verify that images captured during service (e.g., truck, container, license plate, identifiers, etc.) are submitted according to established instructions. * Report road safety parameter compliance status to relevant departments. * Maintain ongoing coordination with monitoring clients and address their operational requirements. * Assign daily tasks to operational staff assigned to various services. * Distribute and assign operational staff and mobile units according to each service’s requirements. * Track operational incidents and promptly notify involved departments. * Prepare and update reports related to fleet operations and monitoring. * Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **CORE COMPETENCIES** * High sense of responsibility and commitment. * Analytical ability and operational judgment. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Effective communication. * Proactivity. * Ability to work under pressure. * Results orientation. * Teamwork. **WE OFFER** * Market-competitive salary. * Opportunities for personal and professional growth. * Defined career path. * Job stability. * Positive work environment. **Interested candidates should send their CV to 932 479 930** Salary: S/.1,000\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
