**POSITION: HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT** **Workplace:** Ancón Industrial Zone – Lima **Working Hours:** * **Monday:** 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * **Tuesday to Friday:** 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with **1 daily hour for lunch break**. **Salary:** * **S/ 1,500** **Labor Regime:** * **Special Regime** * Inclusion in the **payroll as per law** **JOB DESCRIPTION** Provide operational and administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring the proper execution of personnel management processes, document control, and employee assistance, in accordance with current labor regulations and company guidelines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support in **recruitment and selection** (posting job advertisements, reviewing CVs, and coordinating interviews). * Organization and control of **employee files** (hiring records, contracts, renewals). * Registration and updating of employee information in **databases and reports**. * Support in tracking **attendance, leave requests, and documentation**. * General administrative support to the Human Resources department. * Handling basic employee inquiries. **REQUIREMENTS** **Education:** * Technical or university studies in **Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields**. **Experience:** * Minimum **1 year** of experience in Human Resources functions. **Knowledge:** * Basic knowledge of **labor legislation**. * Intermediate proficiency in **Microsoft Office**. **Competencies:** * Organization, attention to detail, and proactivity.
