Salary: S/2\.300 Requirements: \- Licensed, registered, and authorized psychologist \- Experience managing groups \- Experience in conflict resolution Responsibilities: \- Plan, organize, and direct human activities and labor relations within the organization, including recruitment, evaluation, compensation, retention, and employee development. \- Apply cognitive and behavioral skills to observe, describe, analyze, diagnose, and resolve problems or conflicts in human interactions, ensuring a healthy organizational climate and fostering organizational culture. \- Conduct observations, interviews, and administer surveys and questionnaires to diagnose organizational climate and culture, and recommend appropriate preventive or corrective actions. \- Investigate, identify, and modify physical and sociopsychological factors influencing human behavior at work that impact organizational efficiency—namely, climate, productivity, and profitability. \- Perform duties delegated by the immediate supervisor Salary: Starting from S/.2,300\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
