Job Summary: Responsible for controlling, recording, and coordinating ice dispatch activities while maintaining order and cleanliness in the area. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintenance of order and cleanliness **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 6 months of experience in dispatch duties. * Basic knowledge of inventory recordkeeping and control. * Ability to work in cold environments. * Responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail. * Availability to work rotating or extended shifts as required by demand. **Main Responsibilities:** * Daily control and recording of the amount of ice dispatched to each truck. * Verification that the loaded quantity matches the delivery note or order. * Coordination with production and sales departments to fulfill scheduled orders. * Maintenance of order and cleanliness in the dispatch area. * Inspection of trucks to ensure they are suitable for ice transportation. * Immediate reporting of any discrepancies, losses, or irregularities detected during loading. * Stock control of available ice in the cold room and dispatched ice. * Assistance in organizing products within the ice cold room. * Accounting for shrinkage (losses). * Compliance with company-established safety and hygiene standards.
