SELF-TAUGHT CANDIDATES NOT ACCEPTED. * **Generative AI Specialist:** Proficiency in tools for video creation and visual storytelling (e.g., Runway, Luma, Pika, or similar) applied to architecture. * **Revit (BIM) Expert:** Advanced proficiency across Architectural, MEP, and Structural disciplines, including Enscape rendering and interior design. * **English:** Intermediate/Advanced level. * **Location:** Must reside in Southern Lima (Chorrillos, Surco, Barranco). **Responsibilities:** **Core Responsibilities:** * **Revit Drawing Generation:** End-to-end project development, including architectural drawings, interior design, and coordination of specialty disciplines (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC).
