Teamwork and attention to detail. **VISION AND WORK** We are a leading company in the field of Real Estate Management, currently seeking personnel for the position of Cleaning Operators for condominiums and buildings across various districts of Lima and Callao. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Keep common areas clean (hallways, elevators, emergency staircases, basements, etc.). \- Maintain effective control over cleaning materials and supplies for the real estate unit. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions (preferred). \- Highly responsible, organized, and detail-oriented. \- Availability to work: 6 days per week / 8 hours per day. **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:** Inclusion in MYPE payroll starting from Day 1: \- 15 days of annual vacation. \- Enrollment in SIS Microempresa. \- Contributions to the pension system (AFP/ONP). \- 50% voluntary bonus in July and December.
