Position Summary: We are seeking a licensed Accountant with experience in accounting management for polyclinics or clinics, responsible for ensuring the recording, control, and analysis of financial operations. We are looking for a **licensed Accountant** with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in accounting management for polyclinics or clinics, responsible for ensuring proper recording, control, and analysis of the institution's financial operations, while guaranteeing compliance with current accounting and tax regulations. Main Responsibilities * Maintain comprehensive accounting records for the polyclinic or clinic. * Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements. * Supervise accounting entries, bank reconciliations, and control of accounts receivable and payable. * Manage tax filings and ensure compliance with fiscal obligations. * Monitor and analyze operational costs specific to the healthcare sector. * Coordinate internal and external audits. * Prepare financial reports for management. * Implement improvements in accounting and administrative processes. Requirements * Professional degree in Accounting. * Licensed and authorized Accountant. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting for polyclinics or clinics (mandatory). * Up-to-date knowledge of tax and labor regulations. * Proficiency in accounting systems and computer tools. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and confidentiality.
