We are currently seeking an **Industrial Engineer** to help optimize our production processes and strengthen the organization's **operational efficiency.** **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and monitor production processes. * Analyze and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs. * Develop and track management indicators (KPIs). * Coordinate with Production, Quality, Logistics, and Warehouse departments to ensure adherence to the production plan. * Supervise efficient use of materials, resources, and manufacturing time. * Prepare management reports and propose actions aimed at process optimization. * Ensure compliance with quality, occupational health, and safety standards. **Requirements** * **Bachelor's degree or licensed professional in Industrial Engineering.** * **Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing companies; experience in the footwear or textile industry is preferred.** * Knowledge of production planning and control, continuous improvement, and indicator management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate or advanced level). * ERP system experience is desirable. **Competencies** * Leadership. * Analytical ability. * Organization and planning. * Results orientation. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Proactivity and problem-solving.
